選一臺(tái)合適的超聲波清洗機(jī),遠(yuǎn)比想象中復(fù)雜。選型失誤不僅浪費(fèi)投資,更可能影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率。

Choosing a suitable ultrasonic cleaning machine is far more complex than imagined. Incorrect selection not only wastes investment, but may also affect product quality and production efficiency.

第一個(gè)坑:頻率選錯(cuò)。 頻率直接決定清洗效果。清洗大型金屬件、去除厚重油污和銹蝕,低頻(20-28kHz)是優(yōu)選。清洗精密零件、電子元器件、光學(xué)鏡片,高頻(80kHz以上)更合適。如果工件種類多樣,雙頻超聲波清洗機(jī)是折中選擇——低頻掃除頑固污漬,高頻處理精細(xì)表面。
